2. For the purposes of these Rules:

B) a document containing information about medical worker (surname, name, patronymic, position), a copy of a license for medical activities or a copy of the contract with a medical organization or individual entrepreneurhaving a relevant license - in the case provided clause 12. of these rules;

C) a copy of the decision on the appointment of motor support by the car (cars) of the State Internal Agency Safety Division of the Territorial Authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the State Authority Division) or a copy of the notice of the organized transport of a group of children;

D) a list of food set (dry solders, bottled water) - in the case provided paragraph 17 of these rules;

E) a document containing information about the driver (drivers) (indicating the name, name, driver's patronymic, his phone);

G) a document containing the procedure for planting children to a bus installed by the head or official responsible for ensuring the safety of the road, an educational organization, an organization engaged in training, an organization engaged in educational activities, medical organization or other organization, an individual entrepreneur who organized by the transport of children (hereinafter - the organization), or the charterer, except for the case when the specified order of landing of children is contained in the chartering contract;

H) a route program that includes:

Schedule of motion with the estimated time of transportation;

Places and time stops for rest indicating the name legal entity or surnames, name and patronymic of an individual entrepreneur operating in the field of the provision of hotel services or the registrant number of the tour operator exercising the organization of transportation.

5. Originals of the documents specified in paragraph 4. These rules are stored by the organization or charterer and charterer (if such transportation was carried out under the chartering agreement) within 3 years after the implementation of each organized carriage of a group of children.

6. 8. Drivers appropriate to the following requirements are allowed to manage buses that carry out organized transportation of a group of children.

Having continuous work experience as a driver of the vehicle category "D" at least one year at the date of the beginning of the organized transport of the group of children;

Not committed administrative offenses in the field of road traffic, for which administrative penalties are provided in the form of deprivation of the right to control vehicle or administrative arrest for last year;

Past pre-trial instructions for the safety of children's transportation in accordance with the rules for ensuring the safety of passenger and cargo transportation by road and urban ground electric transport, approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation;

Past pre-trip medical examination in the manner established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

10. 14.     5. Originals of the documents specified in paragraph 4 of these Rules are stored by the organization or freighter and charterer (if such transportation was carried out under the chartering agreement) within 3 years after the implementation of each organized transport of a group of children.

    6. Head or an official responsible for ensuring the safety of road traffic, and with the organized transport of a group of children under chartering contract - the charterer provides availability and transfer no later than 1 working day before the transportation of the responsible (senior responsible) for organized transportation of the group Children copies of documents provided for by subparagraphs "b" - "s" of paragraph 4 of these Rules.

    7. The head or official responsible for ensuring the safety of the road, the organization, and with the organized transport of the group of children under the chartering contract - the freighter:

    8.     11.     12. With the organized carriage of the group of children in a long-distance communication of the organized transport column for more than 3 hours according to the schedule of movement, the head or an official responsible for ensuring the safety of the road, and with the organized transport of the group of children under the chartering agreement - the charterer or freighter (by mutual agreement) provides support for such a group of children by a medical worker.

    13. With unfavorable change in road conditions (restriction of movement, the emergence of temporary obstacles, etc.) and (or) other circumstances, entailing a change in the time of departure, a head or an official responsible for ensuring road safety, organization, and with the organized transport of a group of children Under the chartering agreement, the charterer or freighter (by mutual agreement) ensures measures to take measures to the timely notification of parents (legal representatives) of children accompanying, medical worker (in the presence of medical support) and the corresponding department of the traffic police (including car (vehicles) of the State Department).

    14. The head or an official responsible for ensuring the safety of the road, an organization, and with the organized transport of the group of children under the chartering agreement, the charterer provides appointment to each bus that carries out the transport of children accompanying who accompany children when transporting to the destination.
