The difference between "Benefits" and "Benefits-light"

Members of the "Benefit" program can earn points in any category, including basic and increased bonuses.

The “Benefit” Light option provides for the accrual of only cashback for purchases in partner stores of the bank.

Reference! The light version is connected free of charge and automatically when issuing debit ruble cards.

How to connect the "Benefit" program to the card

The method of connecting a bonus promotion depends on the type of plastic:

  1. According to the service agreements for debit cards Light, the cashback program is activated automatically.
  2. To connect the "Benefits" to credit cards or debit plastic, the client must indicate his desire at the time of the conclusion of the contract when registering a banking instrument.

Note! If the card is ordered through the official website of the bank, you must immediately clarify the possibility of connecting the loyalty program.

Connection is carried out on the basis of an additional signature of a separate written application.

The Bank may, on its own initiative, offer valid customers to connect the bonus program during the period when other incentive options are disabled. The client is notified by sending a message to the phone number indicated in the documents.

In addition, registration is provided for when reissuing.

You can disable the accrual of bonus points for promotions held by the bank by issuing a corresponding application at the branch. Before making a decision, the client has the right to use the collected bonuses. If another instrument is connected during the year, unused points become available to the client.

Important! After disabling the program, reconnection is not provided.

Making cards with "Benefit" through the site

The refund rate in some stores is up to 20%. There is also a cashback in the form of a fixed amount.

The client can get acquainted with the full list of promotions and individual offers only after registering in his personal account.

Important! Among the promotional offers there are both online stores and offline outlets.

Bonus points

Points are credited to the client's bonus account on the next day after confirmation of the operation, which can be received by the bank within 45 calendar days after the actual payment for goods/services.

If the allowed limit is exceeded, the accrual of bonuses is not made and is not transferred to the next month. In the new reporting period, accrual starts on the first day of the month, regardless of the amount of points on the account.

Reference! The accrual is made for each ruble spent by the client to pay for goods or services.

How to convert points into money

You can transfer the savings on the bonus account into rubles if the balance exceeds 100 active points.

With the Yarmarka card, bonuses can be spent no earlier than 3 months after payment and if you have 1,000 points.

Bonuses can:

  • pay for mobile communications;
  • transfer in rubles to the main bank account linked to the card from which purchases were made.

Reference! When exchanging 1 point is equal to 1 ruble.

You can transfer from 100 to 10,000 rubles at a time. To do this, you must leave a request in your account, indicating the amount. Conversion of bonuses into rubles is carried out by the bank within 10 working days.

Active bonuses not used during the year will be cancelled.

Advantages and disadvantages of the program

Despite the fact that the loyalty program is aimed at stimulating spending transactions, it has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages include:

  • The ability to receive cashback for regular customers.
  • Interesting promotions with increased returns.
  • Withdrawal of points into "live money".
  • A transparent scheme for accruing, withdrawing and converting bonuses.

Significant disadvantages are:

  • The need to connect the program additionally at the conclusion of the contract.
  • Payment for participation by credit card holders.
  • The requirement to pay for goods in partner stores exclusively with cards with "Benefit".

Offers of competitors
