• check if the first and last name are spelled correctly;
• check the presence and integrity of the envelope with the code;
• sign on the back of the card;
• activate the card in a terminal or ATM - see the balance, or make any other operation.

• go to the service;
• if the salary card is reflected in banking, click on the green arrows in the left corner;
