The money for the purchase of an apartment by the military is transferred only to the current account, while in each case it is not about abstract housing, but about a specific transaction. This can be the purchase of a new home with the simultaneous sale of the old one, the signing of a mortgage agreement, the execution of an agreement equity participation in construction, construction of private housing on an individual building plot.

There are no restrictions on the type and other characteristics of housing. The family may want to buy a new building, or an apartment or a private house on the secondary market. All of these categories are considered on an equal footing.
