Form No. 5-APK “Number and salary of employees of agricultural enterprises (organizations)”.The report contains detailed information: on the number of employees of an agricultural organization by category and remuneration, about social benefits by categories of workers, on the use of the wage fund and the distribution of labor costs by industry and type of activity.

In the main table of the report on page 010, the average annual number of employees, the wage fund and the amount of social benefits are reflected for the whole enterprise, for page 020 these data are reflected for workers employed in agricultural production, for page 030 - for permanent workers, on page 031-050 - for the main categories of employees and separately for managers and specialists. In addition, data on employees of other categories are given (p. 055-085).

A separate table shows the distribution of labor costs of agricultural workers and employees by industry and type of activity.

The report is compiled in the first part according to the statements No. 58-APK, 59-APK, 78-APK, in the second part based on the data personal accounts (production reports) industries and industries f. No. 83-APK.

Form No. 6-APK “Key Indicators”. This form provides both general economic indicators and indicators of specific activities.

The first group of indicators provides data on the gross income of all (p. 10), including crop production (p. 20), livestock (p. 30). Next group common indicators given at the cost of production.

Data on the lease of breeding stock is filled on the basis of analytical accounting on accounts 03 “Profitable investments in material values” and 11 “Animals on growing and fattening”.

It should be noted that this form of reporting (however, like some others) is overloaded with private information. Most of the indicators in this and a number of other forms of the annual report are available in the corresponding forms of statistical reporting, and the annual report should not duplicate the statistics of the statistical reports.

Form No. 7-AIC “Product Sales”.It reflects the data on the sale of agricultural products, goods, work, services performed on the side.

On p. 010-019 shows the sale of grain products by type (including corn), on p. 020-060 and 080-110 - products of industrial crops, on p. 070, 120-180 - potatoes, vegetables, horticulture, melons , subtropical crops, p. 200 - crop production own productionimplemented in a revised form.

On p. 230-414 reflects the sale of livestock products, including meat and meat products in terms of live weight.

The table is filled out on the basis of the “Bulletin of sales of products, works and services of an agricultural enterprise” (form No. 62-AIC), where the annual results for the adjustment amount are displayed on the December form. The statement “In addition, subsidies and compensation of expenses from the budget” is attached to the table.

Form No. 8-AIC “Costs of the main production”. This report provides information on the costs of the main production by economic elements:

labor costs with deductions for social needs;

material costs included in the cost of production;

depreciation of fixed assets;

other expenses.

For each economic element reflects the costs of all the main production, including the main types of products - separately for crop and livestock. For reference, the report provides data on the costs of planting perennial plantations and growing perennial plantations (for each type total amount costs, including wages with deductions for social needs).

The report and reference data are filled on the basis of the data of consolidated personal accounts (production reports) f. No. 83-APK.

Form No. 9-AIC “Production and cost of crop production”. This report provides information on crop production by its main types, its cost - in total and in the context of the main cost items, the output of the industry by main types, unit cost of production, direct labor costs for the production of main types of products.

According to p. 0010, general data on the production and cost of grain and leguminous crops (winter and spring) without corn are presented: actually sown area; total costs, including remuneration with deductions for social needs, seeds and planting stock, mineral and organic fertilizers; maintenance of fixed assets, including fuel and lubricants expenses, product collection (total and from 1 ha); the cost of all and units of production; direct labor costs for products.

According to this scheme, data on the main types of crop production are provided.

The report contains reference data (on p. 0251-0253) for annual and perennial grasses: the actually harvested area for hay and the total area under crops in the farm.

The reference data reflects the costs of the next year's crop (amount of ha and amount). A separate appendix to the report gives the area of \u200b\u200borchards, vineyards, other perennial plantings and the gross yield of seeds, pits, pits, berries, etc.

Report on f. No. 9-AIC is compiled on the basis of data from consolidated personal accounts (production reports) f. No. 83-AIC as a whole for the plant growing industry for December, according to subaccount 20-1 “Plant growing”.

According to report page 010-040, information is provided on the cattle industry for each accounting group of animals: average annual livestock; the costs of everything, including wages with deductions for social needs, feed, maintenance of fixed assets; the amount of products received by its main types; cost of production; direct labor costs for products.

For the cattle industry, the indicated nomenclature of indicators provides data on the main dairy herd (p. 010); on animals for growing and fattening (p. 020); meat cattle. Similar data are given for pig breeding, sheep breeding, poultry farming, horse breeding, etc.

For each accounting group of animals, the output of the products in the respective units, the costs of the total output and the cost of the unit of production are indicated. A table on the cost of live weight of livestock is attached to the report.

The data of the first part of the report on the output and cost of each type of livestock product are filled on the basis of the information contained in the consolidated personal account (production report) of the livestock industry f. No. 83-APK.

Form No. 15-APK “Presence of animals”. Here is information on the availability of animals for each accounting group and species at the end of the year (heads and total book value of livestock). A statement is attached to the report, which reflects losses from death and death of animals (according to book value) The report and certificate are compiled on the basis of the summary data of the statement f. No. 73-AIC “Statement of analytical accounting of animal movement”.

The report is compiled by transferring the relevant data from the statement f. No. 46-AIC of analytical accounting material assets, goods and containers. The certificate is compiled on the basis of analytical accounting data on product sales in the statement f. No. 62-APK.

Form No. 17-AIC “Movement of the main agricultural machinery and equipment” is included in the reporting, as industry experts have long voiced fair complaints about the lack of information in the annual reporting on fixed assets, which essentially decide the fate of agricultural production. Over the past 10 years, a number of farms have undergone irreversible changes in the composition of machines and equipment, especially machines that decide the fate of production - tractors, combines, tillage machines, seeders, specialized harvesting machines, etc. Without objective information on these issues, managers enterprises and industries, the heads of regional agricultural bodies were deprived of the opportunity to deliberately take measures to rectify the abnormal situation, to radically improve the structure of the fleet.
