3. then they explained to me that this is a security code that is sent via SMS ... and so, it never came to me via SMS (an hour has already passed somewhere since the attempt to pay). and a secure session in the payment system lasts for 5 minutes, as I understand it.

4. Going further: the next logical step is to call your support team and ask what this PAY-PIN is. Well, about how your telephone service works and how long you have to wait on the line - there are already a lot of posts. I waited for over 30 minutes. called back several times ... and it was at half past two in the night!

The transfer is displayed with the status "Incomplete" until it is accepted by the Recipient. The confirmation of the completed transfer will also be displayed in the Bank's card account statement, in the Bank's SMS-notification of transactions (if such a service is activated in the Bank for this card).

Can i cancel a money transfer sent to Samsung Pay?

To complete the transfer, you need to confirm the Recipient. In this case, the amount on the Sender's card will be blocked until the receipt of the transfer by the Recipient is confirmed. The waiting period for confirmation of the Recipient is up to 5 days.

If the transfer is canceled by the Sender, or after the confirmation period has expired, the transfer will be canceled and the transfer amount will be returned to the Sender's card. You can clarify the information about the terms of return of the canceled transfer to the Bank that issued your card.

After the Recipient confirms the receipt of the transfer, the Sender will display this transfer in the History - Completed menu with the Sent status. You cannot cancel a completed transfer.

Similarly, you can replenish the balance of your relatives, I often have to replenish the balance of my loved ones, since I am responsible for the cellular communication, of course :). Limitations on the size of payments

All payments from a bank card (regardless of the transfer method - via the Internet, by SMS, USSD-command or otherwise) are subject to the following restrictions on the transfer amount:

  • At once you can transfer at least 100 rubles and no more than 15,000 rubles.
  • From one bank card it is allowed to transfer no more than 15,000 rubles per day.
